Home Information Packs (HIPs), sometimes called a Home Sellers Pack, are now compulsory for all homes, following the successful phased implementation. I hope the information contained in this website will help your understanding of the HIP and EPC.

From 1 October 2008 EPCs will be required for all rented properties. More information on my Landlord page.

I am an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) approved to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). I also work with other partners to provide Home Information Packs (HIPs).

Inspect your Energy will help this process by offering an efficient and reliable service to all clients  (Hip providers, estate agents, solicitors, landlords, letting agents, and private house sellers). Giving the client a genuine alternative to the impersonal and remote call centre based panels.

 I believe that building relationships with local clients, offering excellent service and having local knowledge is paramount. I am a member of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors(http://whatstheidea.net) and Property Reports Network (http://www.prnet.org.uk/) so I can have back up at any time, this network is committed to our professional standards and is a single source for a wide range of property services.     

The HIP will start from £235 inc VAT

This is available for all clients. And a Hard Copy HIP is included.
